Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Remus Tower is always striving to provide the upmost consistency to our customers. However, due to the current supply chain shortage, we are experiencing frequent delays throughout product development. We are asking for your patience and understanding in this difficult time.

If you see the words "Pre-Order" on a product, that is because we are experience a shortage of supply. You may order now and we will ship the products as soon as we have them back in stock.

Products are shipped via the carrier of Remus Tower Service's preference. Orders may be shipped via package or freight. It is the customer’s responsibility to specify any special receiving instructions before placing the order.

 Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates for Calculated Shipping Rates: 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 International Shipping 
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, or for any place outside of the contiguous United States.

 How do I check the status of my order? 
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jaredremus@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 Shipping to P.O. boxes 
Please note, we cannot deliver any packages or parcels whatsoever to addresses that are PO boxes. You must provide a real, valid, and verifiable street addresses in order for your purchase to be excepted.

 Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, then we may refund the full order amount. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jaredremus@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
